Sleek Technologies LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates “Sleek CRM” on the https://sleekCRM.com website and from a Google Chrome™ Extension (hereinafter referred to as the “Sleek”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data when you use Sleek as a Chrome Extension™ or other associated web applications.

Why are we requesting these permissions? In order to fully use Sleek we ask for several permissions to do things “on your behalf”

Here’s a breakdown of all the access we ask for when registering an account with Sleek via Google Authentication. 

1. We need your permission to view your Google Drive™ / Google Sheets™ to sync your customer data into Sleek for customer grouping, segmentation and management.

2. To operate Sleek from your Gmail™ or G Suite™ account, we’ll ask your permission to view your messages on Gmail™ (not delete)

3. We’re asking to send emails “on your behalf”. this is necessary to allow our core functionality to operate properly and allows you to utilize Sleek for your specific needs.

4. We’re asking permission to access your Google Contacts™ to sync your previous email threads into Sleek and assigned them a profile with dynamic data, view email history, take notes on the contact at any time and automatically add them into pre segmented groups.

What are we doing with your data? We store your data on a highly secured database hosted on Google™’s servers, complying with the latest data protection practices We will never sell, rent or transfer your personal / customer data to other companies or customers without your consent. We take data privacy very seriously and we are constantly testing and improving our security methodologies to make sure your data is safe and confidential.

By using the Sleek, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Additional Data We Collect – Usage Data We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you use Sleek. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the features you use on Sleek, time and dates of your usage, the time spent on those features, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
